Reseller Policies
IPTV Reseller Publisher & Subscriber Policies
When you resell, distribute, or monetize IPTV services and content through our platform, you are required to adhere to the following policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your reseller credits, restriction of your panel access, or permanent termination of your reseller account.
These policies apply in addition to any other terms governing your use of our reseller products and services.
We help enable a reliable and trustworthy IPTV ecosystem by empowering resellers to build sustainable businesses and providing subscribers with access to quality streaming content. Maintaining trust in this ecosystem requires setting clear limits on what we permit resellers and subscribers to do.
Reseller Policies are organized into the following categories: Content Policies · Behavioral Policies · Privacy-Related Policies · Requirements & Other Standards
Content Policies
Illegal Content
We do not allow content that:
- is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others, including unauthorized redistribution of broadcast signals or streaming services.
Intellectual Property Abuse
We do not allow content or reseller activity that:
- infringes copyright, including the unauthorized streaming, rebroadcasting, or redistribution of channels, VOD content, or live events without a valid license. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable copyright law.
- resells or promotes access to counterfeit IPTV services that impersonate or unlawfully replicate the branding, channel lineups, or interfaces of legitimate licensed providers.
Dangerous or Derogatory Content
We do not allow content that:
- incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
- harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals.
- threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm to oneself or others, including content promoting terrorism, violence, or self-harm.
- exploits others through extortion, including threatening to expose a subscriber's viewing history or personal data unless payment is made.
Examples: Promoting hate group content through a channel playlist; hosting streams from organizations designated as terrorist or transnational criminal groups.

Misleading Representation
We do not allow content or reseller conduct that:
- misrepresents, misstates, or conceals information about the reseller, the content source, the purpose of the service, or the content itself.
- falsely implies an affiliation with, or endorsement by, a broadcaster, sports rights holder, studio, or streaming platform.
Examples: Claiming your IPTV service is an official product of a major broadcaster; using the logos of licensed sports leagues to suggest authorized distribution.

We do not allow content that:
- makes claims demonstrably false and could significantly undermine trust in electoral, democratic, or public health processes.
- promotes harmful health claims or contradicts authoritative scientific consensus.
- contradicts authoritative scientific consensus on climate change.
Deceptive Practices
We do not allow:
- enticing subscribers to purchase or activate services under false or unclear pretenses, such as advertising channel counts or stream quality that the service does not deliver.
- attempting to collect or steal personal information from subscribers or tricking them into sharing payment details.
- promoting reseller services using false, dishonest, or deceptive claims such as "unlimited lifetime access" with no intent or ability to honor those commitments.
- coordinating with other reseller accounts to artificially inflate subscriber counts, reviews, or service ratings.
Examples: Phishing subscribers for card details under the guise of a plan renewal; advertising 20,000 channels when significantly fewer are active or stable.

We do not allow content that:
- deceives subscribers through manipulated or deepfake media related to politics, social issues, or matters of public concern distributed through the IPTV platform.
Enabling Dishonest Behavior
We do not allow content or tools that:
- help subscribers or third parties mislead others, including generating fake subscriber counts, fake reviews, or forged payment receipts.
- promote any form of streaming signal hacking, server cracking, or provide instructions or tools that grant unauthorized access to other providers' servers, streams, or subscriber databases.
- enable a user, or promote products and services that enable a user, to track or monitor another person's streaming activity or account without their authorization.
Examples: Selling or sharing tools to bypass another IPTV provider's authentication; distributing software that records or intercepts encrypted stream credentials; promoting account-sharing monitoring tools marketed as spy software.

We do not allow content that:
- includes graphic sexual video, audio, or imagery streamed through the platform without appropriate age-gating and subscriber verification where required by applicable law.
- contains non-consensual sexual themes, whether simulated or real.
- promotes the creation or distribution of content that has been altered or generated to be sexually explicit, including deepfake adult content.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We do not allow content that:
- sexually exploits or abuses children, or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. This includes all child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).
- endangers children, including child grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or trafficking of a child through any channel or feature of the platform.
Behavioral Policies
Dishonest Declarations
Information provided by resellers to enable their use of or interaction with the platform:
- must be materially accurate and complete, without misleading omissions; and
- cannot be expressed in a deceptive or misleading manner.
Examples: The personal information or payment details provided by a reseller during registration are incomplete, obscured, or inaccurate. Information provided about a reseller's website or subscriber base is materially false. Submitting inaccurate or inflated subscriber data in reseller reports or renewal requests.

Platform-Served Streams Interfering with Subscriber Experience
We do not allow reseller configurations that:
- deliberately throttle, interrupt, or degrade streams to specific subscribers in a discriminatory or retaliatory manner.
- severely interfere with subscribers' ability to consume content, including forcing unskippable overlays, redirects, or pop-ups that obstruct playback.
- trap subscribers in account cancellation or renewal flows where they cannot exit without completing an unwanted purchase or action.
Inventory Value
Reseller Panels or Subscriber Portals Without Genuine Content
We do not allow reseller accounts or subscriber portals:
- without working publisher content or with low-value placeholder content.
- that are under construction or non-functional at the time of subscriber activation.
- used solely for upselling, spam, or other behavioral purposes with no genuine IPTV service value.
Out of Context Services
We do not allow reseller accounts:
- that operate streams or panels running purely in the background without subscriber awareness.
- where services appear to subscribers outside the stated scope of what was purchased.
- where the subscriber's attention or intent is clearly elsewhere and no genuine content access is being provided.
It must be clear to the subscriber which content and service tier their account is associated with.

We do not allow reseller portals or marketing sites:
- with embedded or copied content from other providers, resellers, or streaming services without additional commentary, curation, or value added to that content.
Resellers are also required to comply with our Intellectual Property Abuse policy.

We do not allow reseller portals or subscriber-facing pages:
- with more upsell offers, third-party promotions, or paid promotional material than genuine, functional subscriber content or service information.
Unsupported Regions or Languages
We do not allow reseller operations:
- targeting subscribers in regions or jurisdictions where our services are not supported or where distribution of specific content would violate local law.
Privacy-Related Policies
Subscriber Data Usage
You must not use our platform or subscriber data to:
- target or profile subscribers known to be under the age of 13;
- collect or exploit sensitive subscriber data, including health information, financial status, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal history, political affiliation, trade union membership, or sexual behavior or orientation, without explicit and informed consent;
- sell, transfer, or share subscriber data with third parties without subscribers' clear knowledge and consent.
Privacy Disclosures
Resellers must:
- have and abide by a privacy policy that clearly discloses any data collection, sharing, and usage that takes place as a consequence of the reseller's operation, including use of cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, or other tracking technologies on their websites or subscriber portals.
- disclose to subscribers that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on their browsers or collecting information as a result of using the reseller's platform or website.
Identifying Subscribers
Resellers must:
- not pass any subscriber information to third parties that could be used or recognized as personally identifiable information without appropriate consent.
- not use our services to facilitate the merging of personally identifiable subscriber information with previously collected non-personally identifiable information without robust notice and the subscriber's prior affirmative (opt-in) consent.
- comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy frameworks relevant to their subscriber base.
Use of Device and Location Data
If resellers collect, process, or disclose information that identifies or can be used to infer a subscriber's precise geographic location, such as sourced from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower data, then resellers must:
- disclose to the subscriber the purposes for which their location data may be used, including analytics or service optimization.
- obtain express (opt-in) consent from subscribers before collecting, processing, or disclosing such information.
- transmit such information in an encrypted state or via an encrypted channel.
- disclose such data collection and use in all applicable privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
If you operate any subscriber portal or reseller service accessible to children, you must:
- notify us and tag your service appropriately if it is directed at or likely to be accessed by children under the age of 13.
- not use behavioral profiling or targeted upselling to subscribers known or suspected to be under the age of 13.
- comply with applicable children's online privacy regulations including COPPA (if operating in the United States) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Requirements and Other Standards
Spam and Low-Quality Reseller Sites
You must not:
- operate reseller websites or subscriber portals that violate applicable spam policies, including mass unsolicited outreach, keyword-stuffed landing pages, or deceptive SEO practices designed to mislead prospective subscribers.
Abusive Subscriber Experiences
You must not:
- operate subscriber portals or onboarding flows that contain abusive experiences, including misleading prompts, forced subscription renewals, fake countdown timers, or manipulative dark patterns designed to confuse or coerce subscribers.
Malware or Harmful Software
You must not:
- distribute or link to any application, APK, plugin, or software that contains malicious code, malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or other software that may harm or gain unauthorized access to a subscriber's device or network.
- distribute applications or IPTV players that violate software quality and transparency standards, including those that fail to disclose their full functionality, bundle hidden software, or make unauthorized system changes on a subscriber's device.
Examples: Distributing modified APKs bundled with adware; recommending IPTV player apps that secretly harvest subscribers' credentials or contact lists.

You must not:
- activate or sell subscriber lines using panel credits or server access for which you are not an authorized reseller. Resellers must operate only within the tier and scope of access explicitly granted to them by the upstream provider or master reseller.
- sub-resell access to parties who have not been vetted and approved in accordance with the upstream reseller chain's requirements. Parent resellers are responsible for ensuring their sub-resellers promptly comply with all platform policies and authorization requirements.
Sanctions Compliance
Our reseller services must comply with applicable international sanctions and export controls. As a result, reseller products and subscriber activations are not available to parties in the following countries or territories:
- Crimea
- Cuba
- So-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LNR)
- Israel (Occupied Palestine)
- Republicans (Trump Supporters)
Reseller products may not be used for or on behalf of any party located in the above sanctioned countries or regions. Resellers must also comply with applicable sanctions and export regulations and agree not to cause us or any upstream provider to violate these regulations. You cannot use our reseller products for or on behalf of restricted entities or individuals.
