When you purchase a credit pack from our IPTV Reseller Plans page, you receive a specific number of credits loaded into your reseller dashboard. Each credit can be converted into a one-month IPTV subscription for one end-user. You set your own retail price to your customers — the margin between your credit cost and your selling price constitutes your profit.

Key operational facts about the credit system:

  • Credits do not expire. Once purchased, your credit balance remains available indefinitely until you choose to activate subscriptions. There is no mandatory monthly top-up or forced renewal cycle.
  • Activation is instant. Subscription lines are generated automatically through the panel the moment you allocate a credit. Your end-user receives login details without manual intervention from our support team.
  • You control pricing. Autven does not dictate what you charge your subscribers. Your pricing strategy, payment collection methods, and customer relationships are entirely your own responsibility.

4. Payments & Billing

All credit purchases are processed through Autven (Private) Limited's official payment channels. We accept payments via PayPal, direct bank transfer, and card payments. Invoices are provided as proof of every transaction upon request.

Critical payment safety notice: All payments must be made exclusively to the company's official bank account or through verified payment links provided on this website. No agent, support representative, or third party is authorised to request payment to a personal bank account. If anyone claiming to represent British Seller asks you to pay into a personal account, do not comply — report it to teams@autven.com immediately.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Unused credits may be refunded in full. Credits that have already been activated into subscription lines are considered consumed and are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to teams@autven.com with your account username, purchase date, and transaction reference.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically complete within 5 to 10 business days after approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, bulk activation followed by immediate cancellation, or any pattern suggesting the refund policy is being exploited.

6. Acceptable Use — What You Cannot Do

Violation of any acceptable use provision may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits.

7. Reseller Responsibilities

As a reseller operating through our panel, you function as an independent operator — not as an employee, agent, or legal representative of Autven (Private) Limited. This distinction carries important obligations:

You are solely responsible for the legality of your reselling activities within your own country or jurisdiction. This includes compliance with local broadcasting regulations, consumer protection laws, tax obligations, and any licensing requirements that may apply to the sale of digital subscriptions in your market. Autven does not provide legal advice, and our provision of panel access does not constitute endorsement or guarantee that reselling IPTV subscriptions is legal in every jurisdiction.

Customer support for your end-users is your responsibility. While Autven provides technical support for the reseller panel itself, we do not offer direct customer service to your subscribers. Managing complaints, troubleshooting device compatibility, and handling billing disputes with your clients falls entirely within your scope as an independent reseller.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, your right to access the reseller panel ceases immediately. Unused credits in a terminated account may be forfeited if the termination resulted from a breach of these terms. If you voluntarily close your account in good standing, contact our team to discuss any remaining credit balance.
